Due to the nature of our products (nutritional and health supplements), returns are subject to the following conditions:

You may return a product within 10 days of purchase if:

• The product packaging is completely unopened

• The seal is intact

• The product is unused and in original condition

Option 1 – Self Return

You may send the product directly to our facility at:

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund to your:

• EasyPaisa

• JazzCash

Refund processing may take 3–7 working days after approval.

Option 2 – Courier Pickup

We can arrange a pickup through our courier partner from your delivery address.

• A Rs. 200 courier handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

• The remaining balance will be transferred to your Bank Account / EasyPaisa / JazzCash after inspection and approval.

3. Damaged or Tampered Products

If you suspect your product has been damaged or tampered with:

• Do not discard the product

• Keep the original packaging

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders above Rs. 3500

• Standard delivery time is 2–4 working days, depending on location

• Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods

If you purchased Herbinest products from:

• Another website — please follow their return and refund policy

• A retail partner store — please return the product to that store according to their policy
